FrocKit 41B -  Simplicity 8601 Top View B - Black with White dots Cotton. A very easy  top with a front tie and flared elbow length sleeve with pom pom trim.  This is a very popular pattern with good reason...it's pretty, versatile and very easy to sew.  

While we love the addition of pom poms, you could easily  leave out this trim if you needed this top for work, or more sombre occasions.
