Shipping Terms:
We ship our kits within Australia, as well as New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK and Ireland.
Our aim is to have your kit ready for shipping within two working days from the day you place your order. We use Australia post, and when shipping within Australia, we use the Express Post Service where possible, which is Next Day delivery to major metropolitain areas. For all other locations, we use Australia Post’s Standard Shipping service, with an estimated 7-15 day delivery from the time it is posted. If your order is taking longer than the estimates, it could be due to delays in the postal service, or customs, and if you are concerned about your delivery, please get in touch so we can help resolve your issue.
Our packaging is kept to minimum to keep postage costs as low as possible, and we use packaging materials that can be recycled, or re-used.
Shipping Costs:
We have simplified our shipping costs to bring you the best deal available. Shipping in Australia is a single flat rate for up to 5 Kits, and for International shipping, we have three pricing tiers, based on the number of kits that you purchase, and the location to which they will be delivered.
Shipping within Australia:
We charge a flat rate of $20 for delivery within Australia, and we use Express Post where possible. Purchases of up to 5 kits are included in this flat rate. If you require more than 5 kits, please get in touch.
International Shipping:
Shipping costs are calculated on the number of kits that you purchase, as well as where the kits will be delivered to. The prices below are shown in Australian Dollars, and this amount will be converted at the time of checkout. As exchange rates vary on a daily basis, the best way to get an accurate cost of shipping is to add items to your cart and the shipping costs will be added once you have provided a valid mailing address.

Note: Prices above are in Australian Dollars, and currency conversion will occur during checkout.
Unfortunately, any local customs duties, import taxes and other fees that may be payable on receipt of your package are your responsibility as the customer (importer). We cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, and if you have any concerns about customs or import restrictions, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
What if I want to exchange or refund my kit?
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you need to return or exchange your kit, you can do that within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us at team@fitzroysfabrics.com.au to discuss the return in the first instance.
Can I customise my kit?
We understand that sometimes, you love everything about the kit, but would prefer to make a few tweaks to give it your own stamp, and we can work with you on customising the kit. If you would prefer a trim in a different colour or buttons instead of snaps for example, we can do our best to accommodate you.
