FrocKit 67A - Simplicity 8554 Trench Coat View A - Tencel or Herringbone Viscose

Kit Description:

FrocKit 67A -  Simplicity 8554 view A is a  soft trench coat and is the perfect layering piece. View A is the long version of this pattern which also features side slits, pockets and ties. 

This is a classic unlined trench coat which is perfectly paired with either of the fabric options in this kit - Tencel in three different colours, or Grey/Beige double sided viscose with a herringbone pattern.  With the herringbone fabric, either side of the fabric can be used, so the choice is really yours, but either way, the coat will be stunning with glimpses of the reverse side showing.  The Tencel comes in three different colours - Navy, Black and Beige which compliment this classic pattern very well.  The neutral colours will allow you to wear the trench with so many different outfits, and the drape of the fabric will add an elegant touch. 

The kit has enough fabric to make up view A, but if you choose to make any of the other views, there is more than enough fabric in the kit.  

Fabric Description:

Viscose - Medium weight viscose with drape, and a grey and off white herringbone pattern.  Both sides of the fabric can be used with this pattern, and the reverse side features an off white/natural colour (see images for more detail) 

 Tencel -  Soft hand with a subltle sheen with a beautiful drape for a soft silhouette.
