FrocKit 78BC- McCall's 7974 Dress View A or B in Floral Rayon or Soft Grey Crepe

Kit Description:   

FrocKit 78 A or B - McCall's 7974 dress in view A or B is a button front dress with a fitted bodice, a front midriff and back yoke.  The dress has a gathered mid length skirt with side seam pockets.  View A has short sleeves with ties, and view B has long sleeves  gathered at the wrist with a sleeve band.  

 This is a very feminine  pattern that is suitable for an intermediate sewist  We have chosen some very feminine fabrics to compliment the pattern.  It's fitted and flared in all the right places, and we have paired this pattern with two fabric choices that will show off the gathers that feature in the design. 

The first option is a bold rayon floral print featuring red and black flowers on an off white background, while the second option is a plain light weight crepe in a very feminine neutral grey colour. 

Fabric Description: 

Option 1:   medium weight red and black floral design on an off white background

Option 2:  light to medium weight solid soft grey crepe

Notions:

Matching thread,  interfacing, thirteen 13mm buttons, 13mm Bias tape
